Just For Teens (ages 13 - 17 years old)

It's tough being a teenager, and it's equally tough being the parent of a teenager! As parents, we see our children being bombarded daily with peer pressure and messages that do not always reflect the values that are important to us. We want our children to develop their own self-identity and to continue to build their confidence, thinking skills and self-esteem.

The Success with Manners teen etiquette and dining programs combine to create a Swiss finishing school alternative in Australia, designed to give adolescents the social skills necessary to help them mature into confident and self-assured adults. The programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of this age group. They are highly interactive and fun, and are in harmony with the growing emphasis on character education and positive self-esteem.

Let us support you in equipping your teen with the leadership skills he or she needs to not only handle a variety of situations with poise and confidence, but to also be prepared for success in the global economy of the 21st century.

Success with Manners want to give teens and University students the required tools to succeed personally, scholastically and professionally – now and for the rest of their lives. Success with Manners youth programs are based on contemporary international etiquette and leadership essentials that prepare children, teens and young adults to make their best impression while feeling comfortable and self-assured in a variety of social, dining and communication arenas. Our private and group sessions are a must-have for students in school years 7+ and 11+ exam preparation, instilling confidence and ease.

Our programs are highly interactive and enjoyable. The objective of the Success with Manners Teen/Social program is to provide participants with powerful social etiquette skills that will give them “the edge” and put them on the road to personal and professional success. It is our desire to assist college students and young professionals to project a professional image, confidence and polish in all business and social situations.

University Students need the professional edge through the image and behaviour and we can help you get there!“Students and young professional participants will develop the necessary skills and awareness to project confidence and authority in the business and social arenas.” We are truly in a global economy, where technical skills and an MBA are no longer enough. Companies increasingly look to those men and women who possess soft-skills and who are also sensitive to interacting with people from all around the world. Recent studies by Harvard University, The Carnegie Foundation and The Stanford Research Institute have all led to the same remarkable conclusion: 85% of an individual’s success in getting, keeping and advancing in a position depends on people skills, and only 15% on technical knowledge and skills. When you combine that with the fact that many business decisions are made at social events and that 80% of all business is conducted over a meal, then you begin to realise the importance that manners and etiquette really hold in today’s society. Knowing how to be comfortable in these types of environments is essential so that you can put the business of which fork to use behind you and can thereby focus on the more important issues at hand
